Please check your APN Settings for Mobile Network, this can be different with this settings! You can change this under Settings -> Nework -> Mobile Network!
And please check also your contract and prices for data usage - Otherwise high costs arise!
Debugging: You can try to reset your network settings for MMS / Visual Voicemail under Settings->General->Reset->Reset Network Settings.
